On-demand class is lifetime access. In this class I will be teaching you everything I know about homemade pasta from my time in Italy at culinary school.

We will be going over how to make pasta with different flours, how to flavor and color pasta, and how to cook pasta. We will also go over stuffed pastas and make homemade ravioli and tortellini. Then we will put it all together with homemade sauces.
